I had dreaded having another repair service come out as I have been burned in the past with incompetent workers (resulting in multiple visits to actually resolve the problem) and over charging. Highly recommend SML Roofing and repair! I selected them based on ratings but also the fact they give elderly and veterans discounts. I felt that said a lot about the values of the company and I wasn't wrong. This husband and wife team are warm and responsive and they were out the next day and very apologetic about not being able to come out that same day. They were very reasonably priced and he even went above and beyond. It seems like in this world between Covid and inflation businesses seem more out for money and this concept personal connection, quality work and going above and beyond while being very fairly priced and guaranteeing work is now the exception rather than the norm. SML is that exception! If you need roof, gutter work look no further! I haven't had a issue with my roof since!“

“Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! Jim and his guys worked from 7:00am to 5:30pm on Friday -- they continued working even after it was dark, wearing headlamps! They worked fast but carefully and thoroughly. I cannot emphasize how hard the Premiere Roofing team worked on our house! And when they weren't able to 100% finish the project in one day, they showed up first thing Saturday morning to quickly finish what they couldn't do on Friday night. I was so impressed. Our new roof and gutters look awesome, and the team did such a solid job cleaning up the roof debris in our yard that you'd never know they just tore off and replaced our entire roof! Thank you, Jim and team!“

“I have a 100 year old house and needed a gutter made… a special curved gutter. Every gutter company I contacted either refused to accept the project or when they did, said they had to piece it together. I googled every search term I could come up with and then found a utube of Riverside showing how these gutters are made. I called and worked with Leo Duarte and he guided me through the process. I am in North Carolina. Leo is in Massachusetts so he couldn’t just swing by. Measurements had to be precise. That was hard. 4 men equaled 4 different measurements. Thank God for David Kenny (works with Penske making race cars) who measured, remeasured and measured again and answered the myriad of questions about those measurements. Leo got it done.
