“I just recently used Wicked Smart Exteriors to replace a roof and gutters on my property. I did some pretty extensive price shopping and ultimately Ryan was willing to work with me and find the right price. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with right from the start. He was responsive via email and phone and never once was pushy.During the installation, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Ryan and his team were able to resolve them without an issue. After they completed the job, I noticed one of the exhaust vents on the roof was slightly slanted and I waited to pay them until that was completed. They were able to get to it within the week when the weather permitted and resolved the issue.What was most incredible to me was that most contractors finish the job and barely even give you the time to inspect the work. Ryan was not pushy at all for payment and was professional throughout the entire process. On top of all of that, their quality of work seemed really great. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again for any exterior work I need. “Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! Jim and his guys worked from 7:00am to 5:30pm on Friday -- they continued working even after it was dark, wearing headlamps! They worked fast but carefully and thoroughly. I cannot emphasize how hard the Premiere Roofing team worked on our house! And when they weren't able to 100% finish the project in one day, they showed up first thing Saturday morning to quickly finish what they couldn't do on Friday night. I was so impressed. Our new roof and gutters look awesome, and the team did such a solid job cleaning up the roof debris in our yard that you'd never know they just tore off and replaced our entire roof! “Bob is wonderful. Called me right away show me a pic of my gutter with grass and dirt . I wasn't home so he left the amount I owed and I mailed him a check . It's nice to now some people trust to u to mail a check after the fact . He also notice that I needed just 1 gutter shield not 2 others so it saved me a lot of money . “We scheduled gutter cleaning in early or mid October, requesting gutters be cleaned around 3rd week of November. Gutters were not cleaned until mid to late January! I understand how weather can cause some delays, but 2 months is ridiculous! Additionally, I received no communication to make me aware of delays so I had no idea what was going on. I’ll never use this company again.Update: I have upgraded the review rating. After speaking with someone from this company, they have agreed to guarantee our service date for future services.“
“Winter Hill performed a re-siding job on my 1930's home. It was a huge project that included removing three layers of existing siding, applying home wrap, applying new siding, trim and gutters, among other things.They were fantastic from start to finish. The foreperson was on top of every detail.My only advice for someone looking to use them for a siding job: since they do not provide an electrician for major electrical stuff (i.e. National Grid, Solar Energy, etc.), they require the customer to do quite a bit of "project management" as far as arranging either getting sleeves put on power lines or getting the power turned off while crews are working in that area. But besides this one thing, they were fantastic. I am planning to use them in the future for another project.“
