We used Duval Roofing when we needed to reroof our home. We used them when they were recommended by a relative, who used them for their roof. Fast forward some 11 - 15 years and a storm comes through with strong winds and rips a few of the ridge vent singles off. I reach out to Duval Roofing late Friday afternoon. I received a response early Saturday morning, looking for pictures and age of the roof. I’m contacted on Monday saying they’ll try to send someone out Tuesday morning.
