“I had a great experience with FRS Roofing & Gutters. Found the company randomly and could not be happier than I did. Mardy from FRS was a gentleman from the first time we talked and met at our rental property in Revere and provided the best service through the completion of the project. He took the time to answer every question, was honest, thorough, provided options, never tried to upsell, and truly wanted what was best for me and the property. Maria from FRS was also great, at one point needed a letter for our insurance company and needed it quickly and they both dropped everything to help me out and get sent over in time. “They came out 2 hours after I called them that was quick! All the rain the past month my roof had a small leak other roofers wanted a arm and leg to come out Angelo didn't he was reasonable and I waited a month before leaving this review to see if my roof would leak it didn't thank you.“

They even managed to somehow match the paint in my kitchen (I had to have one wall rebuilt and repainted) perfectly, so I didn't need to repaint the whole room! “Winter Hill performed a re-siding job on my 1930's home. It was a huge project that included removing three layers of existing siding, applying home wrap, applying new siding, trim and gutters, among other things.They were fantastic from start to finish. The foreperson was on top of every detail.My only advice for someone looking to use them for a siding job: since they do not provide an electrician for major electrical stuff (i.e. National Grid, Solar Energy, etc.), they require the customer to do quite a bit of "project management" as far as arranging either getting sleeves put on power lines or getting the power turned off while crews are working in that area. But besides this one thing, they were fantastic. I am planning to use them in the future for another project.“

“Came back to change my review to five stars. I had an issue a few months after my initial installation (leaky joint) and left a frustrated review. These guys got in touch and came by to look at the problem the very next day. Not only did they fix everything and clear the gutter, but they did so after very kindly and patiently explaining the root cause--which had nothing to do with their installation job. So in a nutshell, I griped about something that wasn't their fault, and they made sure to come by and a) make sure it wasn't their fault, b) fixed it even though it wasn't their fault, and c) told me how to prevent the problem in the future with real tact, given the situation.
