“If I'd known about Versatile Builders sooner, I would have remodeled my full bathroom years ago! Jimmy Vo and his crew are true professionals. Starting a home renovation project can be an intimidating experience. However, from our initial meeting, Jimmy made everything easy. He patiently explained the process in detail, provided a clear estimate - outlining the steps, costs and what I would be responsible for purchasing - and, answered my multiple questions along the way. Once they started the job, Jimmy proactively communicated with me to provide status updates and to help address any hiccups that arose along the way (i.e., Lowes delivered the wrong bathtub. Within minutes, Jimmy had coordinated with the plumbers to order and pick up a new one for me the next day, using their discount!). Most importantly, he was very forthcoming about anticipated timing for project completion and managed to finish the job even earlier than expected! The entire crew was friendly and absolutely meticulous. Everything from the beautiful tile work to the plumbing job (relocating to an interior wall) to the electrical and the perfect paint job indicated that the crew takes pride in their work. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend Versatile Builders. My small Cape bathroom now rivals any spa!“

“Liem is the 7th contractor to give us quotes on our kitchen and bathroom renovation, and we are extremely happy that we picked him. His communication is on point from day one, either brainstorming the best option to bring our visions to life to estimating costs. His estimations are super competitive. The moment we signed up, he gave us the exact starting date, and when his team showed up, they never skip a beat. They were extremely punctual and efficient. The entire flooring took about 3 days. His team went above and beyond to cover up, from walls to other floor areas to dust proof, and to avoid damaging our properties. Since we have a 14month child, we appreciate how considerate, professional and respectful he and his team were. I heard him telling his team to be extra thorough with covering and vacumn because of our child and that immediately warmed our hearts. Needless to say the outcome is breathtaking and worth every penny. We had changed the entire floor of the kitchen and bathroom; installed the new kitchen lights, painted all ceiling and wall, installed the dishwasher and the foldable doors. All of these took approximately 2 weeks to get done. we are looking to do more business with Liem and his team in the future.“

“I just had my bedroom floor done. I had put a notice on home advisor on Thursday. I got a call on Friday. A gentleman came by that day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The workers showed up Saturday morning and were done in about 2 hours ( I had removed everything from the room prior) including putting down the first coat of poly. Monday morning they came by to put down the second coat of poly. I couldn't have gotten quicker service. Mr Zheng was very easy going and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Just a little side note. If you have a floor done, depending on the location in your house you may want to leave for a while after the poly is put down. The fumes will give you a headache.“

“Really professional team, I’m so happy with my floors! I had large patches of water damaged red oak that had to get ripped out. The team installed new oak flooring and laced it in seamlessly with the remaining original 1920s floor that was not water damaged, then coated everything with Rubio monocoat.(If you haven’t heard of Rubio monocoat I highly recommend also. It’s an eco friendly VOC free floor sealer which is repairable over time unlike poly)I’m most happy with the dust prevention they set up, by the time all was said and done there was hardly a spec of dust anywhere. I would recommend Bostonian to anyone looking for gorgeous floors“

Not only were they thorough, they got the job done efficiently, and he is so reasonably priced he doesn’t try and hustle you with pricing he is very honest and fair. “First snowstorm of the season and the new snow guy I hired was a no show. Not a good way to start off winter!! I saw Mike's post for snow removal on a Quincy Facebook page and contacted him. True to his word he came down the next day and had to use a snow plow, snow blower and shovel to clear all the hard frozen snow. The equipment was top of the line and Mike was polite, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I was really stuck; I couldn't even open my door because of the snow drifts and I never thought I would find someone reliable and hardworking and Mike is all of this and more. Thank you.“

“My parents and I have used Kham's Floor Sanding for over a decade. Just had all my hardwood floors replaced in my new house (~1000 sq ft) and they finished in about a week. Demo and cleanup took about 2 days. Installation took 2 days. Sanding and water based coats another 2 days.“
