Recently had WPTI clean both furnaces in our duplex, also needed a part ordered and replaced. They kept me updated and replaced it promptly. John was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

I had a heat pump and a mini split installed in my Pittsfield condo. I found Norman to be extremely professional and the work performed was outstanding. My job was somewhat complicated as the old unit needed to be removed from the attic, necessitating the use of a crane. The WTPI staff were so meticulous in their workmanship, very neat, and respectful of my home. The work took about a week to install and Norman was onsite every day to see how the job was progressing.
