“I got quotes from four recommend roofing contractors. This company stood out. The others had separate salespeople, sales managers, office staff, etc. They were all reaching out to me. I didn't want to pay for that... just the roof please.Mark had a unique no nonsense sales approach. He gave me a number. The others wouldn't give me a solid price unless I committed first!?. Mark's number was pretty much lower than what the others were hinting at. I didn't get a quote from any new companies.The other companies were claiming how much better their materials were the money they spent helping the community, etc.Mark communicated with me through the entire process. “I had my roof redone by Classic Metal Roofs and am very pleased with the results. The team worked through the day and did a good job of ensuring the site was clean at the end of each day. There was an issue with the amount of roofing material available to complete the job, but that was resolved within a week and the job completed in a timely fashion.On the whole, my wife and I are very pleased with the results. The snow last winter slid off the roof, meaning no more roof raking for me. The shake design has surprised many people who only think in terms of the raised seam roofing. It's also very quiet in the rain due to the foam insulation installed under the metal roofing material.On the whole, I would recommend Classic Metal Roofs.“

“We hired Exteriors Unlimited to replace a roof damaged due to a powerful storm. The storm caused a tree to smash through our roof. Chad recognized the urgency for the roof to be replaced as soon as possible. He did everything he could to make sure his team was available quickly. Once at our house, Exteriors Unlimited was professional, made sure the roof was installed perfectly and clean up was meticulous. We did speak with other roofing companies, but Exteriors Unlimited, was the most honest and fair. The end result was quality work.“

“Stephen and Lenzi Construction did an amazing job from quote to finish on our new deck. Unlike other contractors who scribbled a quote on the back of a business card, Stephen was able to give us a line-by-line estimate and timeline for our install. Stephen kept us in the loop throughout weather and supply delays, and once his team was on site, they worked quickly to complete our deck. To top it all off, they left the worksite as clean as it could possibly be in between shifts and after the last piece of fascia went up. We will be recommending Lenzi Construction to anyone in need of a new deck.“

“We hired Frank and his team to replace our windows (complicated new construction windows requiring removal of exterior siding and interior trim). The guys did a great job. They worked quickly and were very conscientious about covering the floors inside of our home so it wouldn't get dirty. They cleaned up and removed the covering every day when they left,.. then repeated the covering the next day. We really appreciate how thoughtful they were about minimizing the mess and impact on us. They didn't skimp on materials, adding sufficient insulation and beautiful new trim/molding. We could immediately tell the difference in their workmanship as there are no drafts at all now. The guys even cleaned the glass (inside and out) on every window before leaving. Beyond their workmanship, they're a really great group of guys. We truly enjoyed working with them and recommend them without hesitation.“
