We hired Exteriors Unlimited to replace a roof damaged due to a powerful storm. The storm caused a tree to smash through our roof. Chad recognized the urgency for the roof to be replaced as soon as possible. He did everything he could to make sure his team was available quickly. Once at our house, Exteriors Unlimited was professional, made sure the roof was installed perfectly and clean up was meticulous. We did speak with other roofing companies, but Exteriors Unlimited, was the most honest and fair. The end result was quality work.

Chad and his crew were amazing! He helped us fix years of neglect at our Townhome community. We wanted to address things in phases. We’re afraid of unforeseen expenses. Chad and team did a fantastic job replacing our windows and siding. Very thorough and clean. Also painted our interior living room and kitchen. His team was able to color match the existing paint and paid close attention to detail. Chad was very responsive and communicated with us along the way. We were impressed with the final product and would use Exteriors Unlimited for future projects.
