“Our air conditioning went down in a 85-90° week. TAG was able to send someone that day! A young technician named Mario came. He was prompt, friendly, professional. He fixed the problem and explained exactly what had happened and what he did to remedy the problem! As I told him at the time, if there was a 1-5 star rating, I would definitely give him at least 6! “My wife and I needed our sofa and love seat moved from our living room to our garage (about 20 feet), and back a week later, so that we could have our hardwood floors refinished on a Monday through Friday.
