I reached out to Anthony from J.J Ciampa & son Plumbing on Facebook messenger and needed help with a broken MBath sink drain. He explained they were on a big project and were booked out for weeks. I originally learned of their top service reputation from a trusted contractor that prefers to work exclusively with them. They helped me a few years back with a kitchen sink drain when several other plumbers could not figure out how to remedy it.
While on their special weeks long project, Anthony took the time to message back and forth with me to understand the problem, offer options, product picture options, and first possible appointment openings.

They came yesterday to investigate a leak in the ceiling and they found the source within 2 minutes! Shower drain concrete seal was old and failed. They used the latest material and method to fix it for the long haul. They even have a dry wall guy they recommend for patching up the 9 x 9 hole they had to cut. Better them than us! Professional, knowledgeable and polite! What more could you ask for!“

Before we started the project, Andrew spent time to listen to our ideas and discussed the pros and cons for different options. We actually adopt his suggestions on retaining walls around the pool, which is actually cheaper than what we were thinking to do.“
