My wife and I needed our sofa and love seat moved from our living room to our garage (about 20 feet), and back a week later, so that we could have our hardwood floors refinished on a Monday through Friday. I called several local short-move moving companies. They wanted to charge me anywhere from about $350 to $750 for each move! And they worked only Monday through Friday. Understandable, but I really wanted the furniture moved out on the Sunday before, and moved back the Saturday after.
Then I thought of trying several handyman services. Some didn't do furniture moving, while others wanted to charge me about the same as the moving companies.

Dave and his crew did a terrific job. Dave’s attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right is 2nd to none. Additionally Dave does a great job of communicating throughout the project so you know exactly when and how things are being done. Dave operates with a high level of integrity which was extremely important to me and often not found with other contractors. I would absolutely use Schroeder Handyman services again in the future.
