They are always on time (unless of course it rains for a week but that is to be expected) I have no trouble reaching the office, I frequently get the office manager as Jason is a working owner but if I need to speak to him they forward my message and he always gets back to me.My patio he built is absolutely beautiful and the best part of all is he is very affordable.“

“November of 2023, I hired Charlie and his crew to repair my living room ceiling where I had 2 large drywall splits from water damage that came from the upstairs bathroom bathtub leaking. He also painted the entire first floor ceiling at my townhouse in Hudson, NH. Charlie gave me a very reasonable quote and did a fantastic job! The ceiling and the paint job look better than when it was new. I am very, very happy with the work and professionalism that Charlie provided me with. Charlie is very punctual and has exceptional talent in the construction trades. I am going to hire him to do work for me at my home in Manchester this winter, (2024). Charlies Drywall and Painting can't be beat, and he is as honest as a man as I have met. Great job, very happy with his work!Update: I had Charlie and his crew come to my home in Manchester this past week (February 19-23, 2024) to repair drywall and do more painting for me. Charlie repaired the kitchen ceiling and painted it with just the very best results I could have asked for. It looks better than when the home was first built back in the 1980's!I also had Charlie paint the ceilings, doors, trim and walls in my upstairs living room, bathroom, hallway, middle floor foyer, downstairs hallway, and both the upstairs guest closet, and the downstairs storage closet. He also repaired the drywall on my ceiling in my upstairs office and repaired and painted a large drywall seam in my downstairs hallway wall which has bothered me for over 25 years.Charlie and his crew did exceptional work, and I am SO VERY HAPPY with the fantastic results! “Stephen and Lenzi Construction did an amazing job from quote to finish on our new deck. Unlike other contractors who scribbled a quote on the back of a business card, Stephen was able to give us a line-by-line estimate and timeline for our install. Stephen kept us in the loop throughout weather and supply delays, and once his team was on site, they worked quickly to complete our deck. To top it all off, they left the worksite as clean as it could possibly be in between shifts and after the last piece of fascia went up. We will be recommending Lenzi Construction to anyone in need of a new deck.“
