“I have been going to Bill at Designer Optical for 23 years, since my daughter was a toddler with strabismus in both eyes (for which she had successful surgery). Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient. One of the things my daughter enjoyed the most after choosing her frames was getting to select her glasses case after her final fitting.Since our appointments took a bit of time I got to watch Bill interact with many other clients, all of whom seemed to view him as a friend, as our family does.So if you want professional and friendly service go to Designer Optical for a great selection of frames and highly personalized service.“

“From the moment we walked in, one staff member truly stood out and made an otherwise overwhelming visit feel manageable. She helped us feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard, not just checked in and checked out. A smile from the second you enter, multitasking, and yet compassionate.

Her personality shined in the best way. You can tell she truly loves what she does.
