While they did not have my lenses available at this location, a gentleman working there was able to call my prescription in to the Stoneham location, where my glasses were ready in an hour. He could clearly see that this was an emergency situation and went above and beyond to take care of me. Very kind and attentive staff at both this lens crafters and Stoneham. Highly recommend.
