After 22yrs, needed a major trimming and removal of trees all around my home. This included trees that had grown over the backyard fencing and were reaching out over our pool. A big job. Walter came by the same day called (Tuesday). He was easy to talk with and walked my property with me. Gave me a good & reasonable quote and scheduled me the same week (Friday). They arrived on time at 7:00am and got to work. I watched them through the window working hard and efficiently. There was a lot to do. They finished ~5:30pm. His team did an outstanding job. It was perfectly trimmed, everything was removed and well cleaned. I now have my sunny backyard back. A great job! I highly recommend and plan on using Walter and his crew for any future landscaping work.

I originally thought this was just a barber shop but it does have hairdresser and her name is Izzy and she was offering quite a great deal for balayage. I have been thinking about doing it because I've seen her work and thought she was great so I was excited when I saw the deal that I couldn't pass it up. She was very friendly to talk to and the place is very cute and I just really like the she took her time getting to know exactly what I wanted and double checked with me exactly what I wanted. I would like to respond to "Neil P" review. I remember it clearly because to be honest it was the first time something like that ever happened. This gentleman came into the salon with no appointment on a Saturday. Anyone knows a Salon's busiest day is on a Saturday. The Salon was extremely busy and yes he did sit and wait a bit before someone greeted him. We assumed he was waiting for someone because he NEVER approached the reception desk. When we did a visual cross reference with our clients and realized he was not with anyone, we asked if we could help him and he said he would like a haircut..We were completely booked but willing to accommodate, so we told him he could come back and we would get him in. He did come back and he did wait because he was being squeezed in and yes Tony was chatting away with his clients and taking his time because that's the type of barber that he is. He takes his time and gives the client what they pay for. Technically this 1 star review is actually in our favor because he said it just right. "Taking our time and chatting with our client." Sorry Neil your experience was not a good one!

First visit after seeing the reviews online and not being familiar with the area. Will absolutely go back. I'm very picky about having my cuticles nipped or cut and they listened and did a fabulous job. When I had a basic manicure with just a strengthener put on my nails instead of color or gel or a dip, they did not seem put out or irritated that I wasn't upgrading. So, attention to detail, excellent work and extremely fair prices. Definitely a go-to in the future!
Bo is an amazing nail tech! I was desperate for a very last minute appointment on a Sunday and did not realize Luxury Nail Spa was closed. I contacted them not realizing, and she still took me in on her day off! Great conversation and she had a loyal customer!

Her salon is spacious, well stocked with beauty products, snacks, and drinks, relaxing, and she has awesome hairdressers working there (herself included!). Her prices are and have always been more than reasonable. Though her salon has many products available for sale, she is not pushy and never tries to sell you something you don't want / need.
We had hoped another talented hairdresser, Jodi, would have followed Doreen from Charisma to Mystique, but so far she has not. That's okay - Doreen's salon has many other great hairdressers and plenty of chairs and space should she ever decide to make the move! Hint hint Jodi!

She asked questions, gave me options and listened to what I was looking for. The end result is that my hair has never looked and felt better. I love the products that they use and she explained to me what each one was and how they would help me achieve the look that I wanted. I have naturally curly hair (that I have never liked) and like to wear it straight at times. Katie took that into consideration and has been able to finally help me like my curly hair. Definitely worth the visit. You wont be disappointed.

I've had a wonderful long history receiving a regular mens haircut at Casual Cuts in Peabody, with a stylist named Alisa. While the vibe is rather quiet and reserved, the facility is generally neat and clean, and the lighting seems sufficient. My stylist, Alisa, has been cutting my hair for the last several years, and she is the only hair professional I care to see. She is professional and personable, and her experience and expertise have shined during each an every one of my visits to the salon. It's evident that customer service is a priority at this salon. I highly recommend Alisa for any and all of your hair styling/cutting/coloring needs.

Ann was awesome. She is a great healer with her heart in the right place. I got the Beekind massage plus she did some energy work on me. Before the massage I was very stressed and had a tight burning sensation in my back for several days. After my massage I felt 10 times better than I did before and she even gave me a hug after. I won a gift certificate in a raffle basket a few months ago and used it to have a lash lift and tint. This was my first time having this service and my first time at Classic Faces. I felt welcomed by the staff and comfortable in the spa. My lash tech was Areti and she was kind, gentle and put me at ease. I love the way my lashes look. Perfect timing for the summer and now I don't need mascara daily. Oh, and they had some great beach coverups and hats and at very affordable prices so I got one of each.

Val was so knowledgeable and professional. She understood what a change this would be as it’s on your literal face and can alter your looks. She was so patient (I made her change my outline 3 times before we even started) and she never made me feel bad about it. She actually encouraged it. Though there is a more expensive option for brows, she actually encouraged a cheaper option for a more natural look first, even though the other would technically make her more money. I like my brows darker and more defined so I went for the slightly more expensive option. After it was done she gave me as much time as I needed without hovering to look at the results and she encouraged me again to tell her if I wanted anything fixed. But it was already perfect! She was so sweet and easy to chat with during the procedure as well. As for the results, my before and after will speak for themselves

Chris got back to me with a quote within 15 minutes. We originally asked him to look at our kitchen faucet as my wife and i would receive sporadic electrical shocks from the running water. He actually determined that there was no stray electrical current to the faucet. Believe it or not the shocks were actually from new rugs we installed. Another electrician without a lot of experience wouldn't have known this. Now we have peace of mind.

I had L&M MINI Attic Insulation & Roofing Service Peabody, MA clean out my attic, remove the old insulation, cleanse the entire attic, rodent proof then install in new insulation. The men on the work were fantastic! Their professionalism and knowledge were excellent. They knew what they were doing and executed it correctly. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience, from rat proofing to cleaning up to assisting put things back in the attic. They know what they're doing, are professional, polite, and informed. If you lose a prius key, GO TO THESE GUYS. The dealership was gonna rip us off, 700 bucks plus towing to reprogram the key. Instead we got the key from toyota, pop a lock came to us and programmed the key in ten minutes for like 250 bucks. We saved 500 at LEAST. and everyone we interacted with was awesome.

This review is long overdue. Richard Reed is the owner of North Shoe Tile and Marble Co. Way back in 2014 he replaced the tile of our entire first floor at our home in N.Reading. He demo’d the old floors and completed everything in a week and a half. It looked great then, and still looks great. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.Now fast forward to 2020. Finally time to redo all the tile in our master bath.He ripped out original fiberglass shower unit, and redid the whole thing in tile. Also re-tiled bath floors and tub surround. Again, the project came out fantastic.He’s been in the business a long time. Brian was FANTASTIC from start to finish. When we first met with him while trying to choose a contractor, it was clear from the initial meeting that he knew his trade inside and out. He started the job in Dec 2021 and completed by end of March 2022. He went above and beyond and was on the job EVERY day vs other contractors that juggle multiple jobs at the same time. My son wanted to watch the work as it was being done and AJ and his crew were so attentive to what he wanted to see and to answer his questions about the project. I will most definitely use AJ for my tree work and my landscaping in the spring. Very reasonable quote and well worth it!!!
After 22yrs, needed a major trimming and removal of trees all around my home. This included trees that had grown over the backyard fencing and were reaching out over our pool. A big job. Walter came by the same day called (Tuesday). He was easy to talk with and walked my property with me. Gave me a good & reasonable quote and scheduled me the same week (Friday). They arrived on time at 7:00am and got to work. I watched them through the window working hard and efficiently. There was a lot to do. They finished ~5:30pm. His team did an outstanding job. It was perfectly trimmed, everything was removed and well cleaned. I now have my sunny backyard back. A great job! I highly recommend and plan on using Walter and his crew for any future landscaping work.

Starting with the checking in, The woman at the desk is very efficient and friendly. The staff within the doctors office are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable about their work. The doctor was excellent and professional while making the patient feel safe while doing the procedure.
I have lived a 4 minute walk from Spawell for the last 6 years and I regret not going sooner. I have been to many high end spas in the Boston area and this was the best massage I have ever had. Kim was extremely talented and worked on all of my trouble areas. I hope to be back soon.
