Make no mistake that this is a well-run company with well-trained, courteous employees-- each one seemingly a star in their own right. A company like this in our area is to be highly valued. They come well-equipped, and are real problem solvers. The recent installation of an AC heat pump unit was flawless. We are happy to say that we're grateful.

I couldn’t be happier with my laser hair removal treatment. I had my third session for full legs yesterday and also began treatments for underarms, chin and upper lip. I already see great results, and the entire experience has been excellent. Kamie is so knowledgeable, professional and very kind. She also does Botox and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her for anything. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser hair removal.
I would like to give a shout out to the staff at the salon. I spend my summers on the cape and do nothing with my hair. Sadly I had to come home for a funeral. Silouttes got me in for a full appointment highlight , haircut, wax and pedicure with only a two day notice. Everything and everyone was kind and professional. Kathy typically does my cut & highlight—terrific eye for detail & color matching. She & one other of stylists I have had in Orleans are both great at getting my hair cut even, which doesn’t often happen when I try other places.

She is skilled and knowledgeable, always consistent, and accurate. For us, consistently is one of the most important assets of a stylist. Maureen gets it right every time. Nan and Sue does my daughters' pedicure with loving care and precision. Sue takes care of my daughter like she is one of her own. My daughter has Downs Syndrome and she loves going to see Nan because she trusts her. It is with her professionalism and laughter that makes this place a lot of fun for the entire hour.
Cape Cod Vacuum = Miracle Workers! We bought a mini Miele vac around 2017 here - it was in dire shape when we brought it back in 2026. They serviced it, cleaned it up and our boy is as good as new! Professional, honest and skilled! Thank you!
My recent fridge buying experience from Crane’s in Orleans was great - from beginning to end. Showroom staff were knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. The delivery team that arrived to install the new and relocate the old were fabulous! Hats off to Eddy, Andreas and Junior ! They were efficient and careful and made sure everything was working properly before departing. Communication was great between the store, the dispatch and delivery despite an accident on the route which changed our timing a bit. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
Water was coming out of my washing machine drain. I assumed the outlet to the septic was blocked. It was with branches. I called, Sunday. Somebody was here in 30 minutes, I don't know the gentleman's name, sorry. It was taken care. I wouldn't of been able to use anything in house. Sink, TOILET!!! GREAT service. In fact it was so good, you almost want to have an emergency.
We bought an exiting older town home in a waterfront community in Brewster MA.The entire team at Mike Smith Bulder and Remodeling did an absolutely faboulus job of completely and extensively renovating the town home - from planning to delivery. The cost was reasonable and the quality was superb. They also provided some very thoughtful and helpful suggestions that greatly enhanced our summer home.There was very little in the way of remedial punch and we were able to occupy the townhome well ahead of schedule.Everyone on the team was professional, courteous and thoughtful of our home.Having spent four decades in the development buinsess in the Metro DC area I would put these folks on par with the finest builders in that region.If you are looking at any any building or renovation project you are well advise to contact Mike Smith Bulder and Remodeling.

I don't often write reviews but in this case I felt it was a must! While on vacation in Orleans I was struggling with a serious cluster of headaches due to muscle tension. I called Kimlyn and described my situation to her. She said she could take me at the end of the day. She took the time to listen ask questions and listen to my answers. She then proceeded to work on my body. I have had a lot of massage work done in my 54 years and it quickly became very obvious to me that Kimlyn had a vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She took her time, worked on my fascia and muscles and saved me from missing more of my vacation. I HIGHLY recommend Kimlyn. If I lived closer I would make her my regular massage therapist.
Best massage in Orleans? How about best massage I’ve EVER had! Diane was incredible. Perfect pressure. The lotion she uses is amazing and not greasy. She identifies any problem areas and focuses time and attention. It was truly heavenly. I am from Georgia but will 100% be a repeat customer as soon as I can. Thank you!
