I've been coming to Mercedes for several years now and admire her kindness and professionalism. I have great trust in her advice. Minor aches and pains are addressed as well as my concerns about them. Recently I had tingling in my right hand and forearm. I expressed my concern about having to get a doctor involved, for fear of their enthusiasm for invasive procedures. Mercedes was able to help with less invasive massage and manipulation - as a starting point. She also encouraged me to be more aware of my activities that may be aggrivating the issue. Sure enough, I played a large role in my own problem. (Put down the cell phones, people!) Through her massage and manipulation and my investment of self care, the problem has all but vanished. Paul and his team did a great job replacing all of our windows with new Anderson windows. We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and with the professional installation.
