My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process of getting a new rug from RPM. Our initial contact with the salesperson, Viola, was as we had hoped it would be. No pressure, a thorough review of the many options available, and an offer to take multiple options home to check-out. The quotation was quick and we selected the desired carpet in one day. Viola also introduced us to a floor refinisher who turned out also exceptional. Lastly, the two young men that came to deliver and install the pad and area rug were very professional and had no issues with adjusting the rug position in the living room to our wants.
