My recent fridge buying experience from Crane’s in Orleans was great - from beginning to end. Showroom staff were knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. The delivery team that arrived to install the new and relocate the old were fabulous! Hats off to Eddy, Andreas and Junior ! They were efficient and careful and made sure everything was working properly before departing. Communication was great between the store, the dispatch and delivery despite an accident on the route which changed our timing a bit. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
Crane Appliances in Orleans is a very good place to buy Appliances. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator in the Cafe line. They're attractive and are working well. I have a rental and have purchased two refrigerators and two microwaves. All work well and delivery was easy.
Great communication. Eddy and his partner were very professional and nice. They went above and beyond to ensure our stove and refrigerator were brought up to our 3rd floor condo without any damage. They also took off all the packing and tape with the full setup. They also tested each appliance to confirm functionality. Thank you for such a great experience.
