Cape Cod Vacuum = Miracle Workers! We bought a mini Miele vac around 2017 here - it was in dire shape when we brought it back in 2026. They serviced it, cleaned it up and our boy is as good as new! Professional, honest and skilled! Thank you!
Customers are valued here. I've been a patron for over 34 years, purchasing both Miele and central vac systems for my family and myself. Today, after purchasing bags for Miele and my central vac, I discovered I was sold the wrong bags for my central vac system (after I had taken it apart)-not easy for a disabled senior to climb a ladder in the closet. I called the store and was told the bags were no longer available because Agressor company went out of business. Very upsetting, since the vacuum system works perfectly even after 18 yrs of daily use. 30 minutes later, Bob, the owner, called me apologizing for the mixup and had a driver deliver the correct bags free of charge...read full review
After the sale it's the service that counts. I cannot overstate how much they take this to heart. Even though my problem was the result of a faulty breaker and not the result of their installation they contacted my electrician and worked with them to resolve the problem. In addition, they lent me a vacuum the moment the problem arose. If only, everyone treated customers this way...
