Hands down best experience I've had getting a Title V plus repairs done. I've sold several homes here in the local area with different companies doing the inspection but there is no doubt I will be returning back to FL Quinn for the next one. I'm a home inspector that's pretty picky about how my house/yard are treated and they 100% went out of their way to leave everything as good as they could considering they had to dig several big holes plus do a repair with an even bigger hole. From the office staff to the crew preforming the work everybody is top tier and efficient.

Highly recommend F.L. Quinn. They showed me the problem and repaired my crushed septic pipe. Did not try to oversell and charged very reasonably. Worked quickly and efficiently. I fully trust them.

Needed a Title V inspection. One call was all it took. Next thing I know it's done & I've got the report. As an earlier reviewer noted, when you are selling a house there's a long list of things that need to be done. Lots of stress! This one was easy, quick and without stress! Thank you!
