99 Vanderbilt Ave, Norwood“I have been using their Norwood office twice a week for over a year due to multiple chronic muscle & nerve issues. I’ve been seen by Physical Therapist Amanda and her assistant Cam the entire time. Amanda does an amazing job of compassionate listening, analyzing and then addressing my pain. My situation is complicated and I’ve watched Amanda “peel the onion” of my issues. I could not be happier with the personalized service I’ve received. For those considering PT I suggest having a consistent schedule and scheduling ahead to get the same person as well as knowing that “you” will need to do your part through daily strengthening as assigned.“

Emily and Kyra were on board right away. Their commitment and professional dedication to my recovery was awesome. They pushed me to push myself with all of their focus, humor and kindness. The entire BSM staff are wonderful and would recommend them for any of your PT needs.“

220-4 Reservoir St, Needham“As a coach and trainer with over 25 years of experience, I’m always looking to expand my knowledge—especially when it comes to intentional, optimal movement that I can pass on to my clients. The workshop with the PhyziX team was invaluable.
We all walked away with a deeper understanding of how the body compensates, why certain movement patterns develop, and—most importantly—how to correct them. The PhyziX team guided us through it all with incredible clarity, hands-on technique correction, and thoughtful answers to every question.
This experience wasn’t just educational—it was empowering. Education + application are key pillars of living FIERCELy, and PhyziX delivered both. I’m truly a better coach (and weight lifter!) because of it.
Whether you’re a trainer, coach, or team looking to elevate your movement knowledge and pain-relief strategies, I highly recommend connecting with PhyziX. It’s always worth it. ?

19 Needham St Suite 201, Newton“The team is fantastic! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Both compassionate and kind, yet strict enough to make sure you do your exercises. Just what one needs from physical therapy! I felt like Caty always found time to listen to my concerns and always treated me with kindness. There were plenty of laughs and while I am glad I don’t need PT anymore I miss seeing my friends at PPT in Newton. 10 months post ACL/MCL reconstruction and back to all my favorite sports. I could not be happier.“

Kerry always made me feel heard and cared about my progress. She helped me to feel a lot better and get back to a more physically comfortable life. The front desk staff and assistant PTs were always accommodating and friendly. It is the most well run and professional PT company that I have dealt with and I have been to quite a few. This place is top notch. It is so nice to see Trainer Bob there too. He has had such a positive impact on the town of Norwood’s youth through the years. Thanks Marathon PT for great experience!“

304 Chestnut St, Needham“It gives me great pleasure to post this review. Needham Physical Therapy (NPT) has been a great resource for me for more than a year. They are an excellent place for physical therapy providing the needed exercises in a very friendly environment. You become the center of attention as soon as you walk in. You are welcomed by name by Elaine, always with a smile, and someone comes over right away with a heat pad or icy wrap depending on what you need.
I started using NPT in March 2023 to treat pain from a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. Ryan Hicks started working with me as the physical therapist. He has done an amazing job of helping me to recover. My choice last year was to go for shoulder surgery or try to treat my pain through exercises to strengthen my shoulder. Ryan was of major help in my decision to avoid surgery. I am now able to do most daily tasks with my right shoulder without having gone for surgery. Although I still have some pain in my shoulder from time to time, I am convinced that, in my case, avoiding surgery was the right thing.
After recovery from shoulder pain, I went to NPT to treat pain in my knees. Again I started working with Ryan Hicks. He was of great help, before and after the left knee replacement surgery. While I still have some pain in my knees, I am now able to do outdoor walks of about two miles.
In addition to Ryan Hicks, I received physical therapy from Andrea Kelly and many therapy assistants including Ian and Emma. They have a wonderful team and a very friendly and uplifting environment. Michael Kane, the owner of NPT, has done an amazing job of building a great team. He finds the right people and given them an environment to grow and be responsive to what the patients need. There was always someone around to help whenever I needed something.
I highly recommend NPT. I will certainly go back to NPT whenever I need some physical therapy.“

1914 Centre St, West Roxbury“I can't recommend Dr. Glidden enough. I have a back injury, and had no form of pain relief until I started seeing her. She does various treatments that not only relieve my pain, but are also correcting my spine. In the short amount of time I've been seeing her, I've been able to walk better, and have noticed less pain throughout my day. She's also helped me understand my injury more, and I just feel like it's a blessing that I ended up going here. If you are in pain you should come here. You will thank yourself later!“

191 Blue Hills Pkwy, Milton“Bethia Nivens has been my PT since August when I came in with a partial teat in my rotator cuff. Over time, she has given me good instruction on what to do at home with instruction sheets and visuals using an app. The exercises have been varied while I am in office and explanations for each exercise were given. Once, I was ready for further work on improving my reach, she helped my arm move better into position and strength. She does give confidence and assurance that the strength training will work and over time so that I can do it at home. My plan is to continue so that I will not need surgery and will become stronger because of her excellent guidance. Thank you so much Bethia!“

“After having to undergo reconstructive ACL and Postural Lateral Corner (PLC) surgery. JumpStart has guided me through my journey with excellent support of my rehabilitation needs and any concerns I had where I could just text them and they would give me a great response back. Ryan has been the main person I have worked with but all physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and all have my trust to work with. Always a pleasure working with JumpStart.“
