I had a wonderful experience at Bay State PT. The facility is immaculate and well-maintained. The staff is warm, courteous, and attentive. it was very easy getting appointments that suited my schedule. Steve, my PT, is highly skilled and experienced. He is mission oriented and very organized. He explained clearly the short term and mid term plans of my treatment at the start of every session. I experienced improvement after every session.

Friendly, clean facility. Mike King is a great therapist! He really listened to my concerns and is working on getting my neck back to its proper positioning to elevate my pain. Highly recommend him!

Having shoulder issues with pain at night. Within 3 visits, big improvement and no pain at night. Tight shoulder but improving all the time. Eugene is very professional and a great asset. Thank you. Entire staff are wonderful with a great sense of humor.
