If you are looking for a place where you can get individualized, person-focused therapy. This is the place to go! Alicia is incredibly knowledgeable and caring! Definitely recommend!

Alicia and her team are great. Not only do they help treat whatever your ailment is, they take the time to teach you a bit of the how/why so you can better strengthen and protect your body moving forward. I leave each session feeling more knowledgeable, fatigued (in a good workout way,) and like I just spent an hour with an old friend. It’s such a relief to have a care team you can trust.
