“Winter Hill performed a re-siding job on my 1930's home. It was a huge project that included removing three layers of existing siding, applying home wrap, applying new siding, trim and gutters, among other things.They were fantastic from start to finish. The foreperson was on top of every detail.My only advice for someone looking to use them for a siding job: since they do not provide an electrician for major electrical stuff (i.e. National Grid, Solar Energy, etc.), they require the customer to do quite a bit of "project management" as far as arranging either getting sleeves put on power lines or getting the power turned off while crews are working in that area. But besides this one thing, they were fantastic. I am planning to use them in the future for another project.“

I had dreaded having another repair service come out as I have been burned in the past with incompetent workers (resulting in multiple visits to actually resolve the problem) and over charging. Highly recommend SML Roofing and repair! I selected them based on ratings but also the fact they give elderly and veterans discounts. I felt that said a lot about the values of the company and I wasn't wrong. This husband and wife team are warm and responsive and they were out the next day and very apologetic about not being able to come out that same day. They were very reasonably priced and he even went above and beyond. It seems like in this world between Covid and inflation businesses seem more out for money and this concept personal connection, quality work and going above and beyond while being very fairly priced and guaranteeing work is now the exception rather than the norm. “Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! Jim and his guys worked from 7:00am to 5:30pm on Friday -- they continued working even after it was dark, wearing headlamps! They worked fast but carefully and thoroughly. I cannot emphasize how hard the Premiere Roofing team worked on our house! And when they weren't able to 100% finish the project in one day, they showed up first thing Saturday morning to quickly finish what they couldn't do on Friday night. I was so impressed. Our new roof and gutters look awesome, and the team did such a solid job cleaning up the roof debris in our yard that you'd never know they just tore off and replaced our entire roof!
