It started out badly. I phoned - our house does not have or need a full gutter system, soI could not get a calculated estimate via the website.Someone misspelled my email domain, so no contract arrived after the estimate, nor did a payment link arrive . I texted the sales rep, he was not in the service area so he did not receive the text until the next day. The price (for a filter, not a gutter) quoted was substantial so I would not go ahead until I received a contract so I had to turn him away.
