My daughter has a developmental and behavioral disability and yet we were accepted with open arms and would definitely recommend them for kids to develop more confidence and discipline.“

“I always wanted to do Taekwondo but as an adult I felt it was too late to start until I found this place. I felt welcomed from the start and fell in love with the place. The owner is a sweetheart and she made me feel at home. The atmosphere is great and I finally found a workout I can be relatively consistent with! “I tried the acroyoga mixed class recently and it was a fantastic experience. Matt and Tiffany have built an amazing and welcoming group. My partner and I had a fantastic time, got to try different things with multiple people and had a blast. It was our first time together and we felt supported by the entire group, despite our height difference which proved a struggle, we were helped and instructed in a few positions to make it work. The environment was fun and extremely supportive. 10/10 would recommend!“
