Eight months ago I went to a kickboxing class at Alpha Martial Arts on a whim and stood in a room of strangers, completely out of my depth, worried I was too late to start something new, too busy looking after the kids, too weak, too unfit … but I’m so glad I did it anyway.
I’ve made new friends, gained confidence, become stronger and my fitness has improved. I look forward to every class.
Since then my daughter has joined the kids classes too, and she thinks Mike is the best! Highly recommend.

Alpha is the best! The instructors really know how to engage the students of all ages and joining Alpha truly feels like joining a family. My son has learned a ton there in the last 2-1/2 years and we have both made a lot of friends there. I can't wait to see him continue to learn and eventually get his black belt!
