I tried the acroyoga mixed class recently and it was a fantastic experience. Matt and Tiffany have built an amazing and welcoming group. My partner and I had a fantastic time, got to try different things with multiple people and had a blast. It was our first time together and we felt supported by the entire group, despite our height difference which proved a struggle, we were helped and instructed in a few positions to make it work. The environment was fun and extremely supportive. 10/10 would recommend!

Mathew and his staff are great teachers. My son has been going there now for more than 6 years. They not only teach the child about karate, but also life lessons, i.e. how to respectful, kind, diligent, etc. in a fun environment; the things as a parent I try to teach and mirror at home.

Mr. (Matthew) Moncreaff is a wonderful teacher. Truly knowledgeable about so many different aspects of the martial arts and yoga, and on top of that an incredible teacher. Each class is different and challenges the students to expand beyond their comfort zone. My normal workout routine is to take a martial arts class followed by a yoga class. At the end of the night I feel refreshed, happy, and ready to go out and be the best version of myself. Training here is a truly rewarding experience, and I can honestly say that this school provides the highest quality instruction you can get anywhere in the area.
