Amazing MMA classes. Both Coach Nuri and Coach John have helped me grow in my techniques, confidence, and abilities. I am so grateful to have discovered this place, and learn under such educated and talented coaches. The pricing is very reasonable, and much more afforable than most schools, as well as a variety of classes are offered to accomadate any schedule. Highly recommend!!
Unlike other nearby Karate, There is interaction. There are fight, there are real pushups. This is a place for people who actually want to defend themselves, and strengthen themselves.
GC MMA is the real deal. Super high level coaching, great vibe and great training partners. The gym offers MMA, Kickboxing and BJJ classes. I started training here in 2021 and this place has been my home since. I have relocated but I make it point to visit at least once a month to get some good training.
