The staff at Planet Fitness are described as always being friendly, respectful, and kind, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. Customers have praised the cleanliness of the facilities, the variety of equipment available, and the overall convenience of the locations. The layout is loved, making the gym feel open even when busy. The environment is extremely clean and well maintained, with staff being super duper and accommodating. While older machines are present, they are clean. The music can be loud, but it contributes to good club/dance vibes. The parking lot needs attention, with a request for people to stop throwing garbage on the ground.
I have to say I really like this gym. Everyone at the front desk is pleasurable, the machines are always working. And the locker rooms are very clean. Suggestion to the owner try putting a sauna in.
This is an update to last review, I might just delete last one about WiFi issue. I had a “old man” moment and overreacted, management assured it is just an upgrade and members will be back on again soon, smh, smack myself for jumping the gun.
The new changes done Oct 2025 are not an improvement. Use to have three abs machines and down to one which nobody likes. Other duplicate machines were removed so you wait for the machine hogs or skip. The elliptical machines were cut by more than half so expect those to fill up as well. Also, bring binoculars if you like seeing the TVs while doing cardio from the new layout.
