“Great gym. The spin and fitness classes are awesome. The instructors are very enthusiastic, energetic, and make the workouts enjoyable and me wanting more. It is very clean and has plenty of great equipment. You can't find too many gyms that offer what Maxx Fitness in Lincoln offers. Staff is courteous and super friendly. I've been a member since 2014, and have had nothing but positive experiences at Maxx in Lincoln. Because of Maxx in Lincoln, I've been able to maintain my fitness goals. The Maxx in Lincoln is certainly a 100% better than any Planet Fitness!!!!!“

“Ahhh… krissy.. let me just start by saying, I signed up one random night while kicking myself in the butt for letting all my hobbies slip through my fingers. I was beyond nervous, yet the minute I walked through the doors, josh and all the girls were so inviting that I dropped my shoulders and slowly started to realize this, this is a safe space. Then I met krissy, and she was so happy to see that I actually came! This made me feel like I was being invited into a family. Since my first class, I have been going continuously, every week. And have never felt judged! Krissy is an amazing person, dancer, and her integrity is something I truthfully look up to. Thank you to this amazing studio. Not only did I find you guys when I needed it. But you guys gave me a safe space when I needed it the most.“

“I have never heard of Formless Fitness (FF)before. I was just scrolling Google for gyms, until one day I saw “FF”. I was a little anxious about making an appointment (I was 230 pounds, considered obese), but I wanted to make a change for myself. So, when I met up with the trainer Will Wu (which also the owner of the gym), he gave off a very positive and passionate vibe for working out. He works with you every step of the way depending on how many days he meets with you. For me it’s only been two days a week. But in these past months he gave us (joined with my girlfriend) motivation to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally with how Will pushes you. Now I’m 215 and I can physically see a change in myself. So, if you are someone who wants to make a change for the better, will highly recommend this place to anyone.“

Sarah became State Champion in her Junior year and adding the structure of Primal and training of Matt & staff enhanced Sarah's focus and dedication to lifting and sports. “Tim was excellent, caring, and very generous with his knowledge about my condition. I had ORIF surgery and had just started walking in sneakers when I received my care. My ankle was very stiff, and I had a limp. Tim took excellent care in observing me and came up with a plan that I knew was tailored just for me. He spent time mobilizing my foot as well, which is the part of PT that I think is the most valuable because I can’t do this myself.All in all, the amount of individualized attention I received was incredible. I was able to make a lot of progress in a short amount of time.If you want top-notch, caring, personalized, knowledgeable care from someone passionate about Physical Therapy and who has excellent expertise, this is the place to go. “Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“

“I prepaired for ( 6 months) and continued my rehab after both my knee replacements. Forrest focused on my strength training and I have had two excellent recoveries. As a 72 year old, i now have more energy, move better than many people younger than I.“
