Immediately, I could tell how inviting and inclusive this dance space is just from their videos! I was a dancer my whole life and since college ended, I always love to try adult dance spots to keep my passion alive! Ive always wanted to try a heels class and let me tell you, this was the PERFECT place to have my first experience. Krissy meets you where you’re at and believes in you more than you believe in yourself. I felt so free, so alive, and so accepted while in this dance space. The energy is electric and the community is super loving and kind. From beginner to advanced, you belong. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!!!“

They take special measures to tailor your training and you feel like you joined a community of friends! I feel so much better about myself both physically and mentally!!! She’s somehow managed to make workouts both effective and fun. Pam’s personality and humor makes it feel like I’m working out with a friend (which we have quickly become), but don’t be fooled—she’ll push you past your limits without you even realizing it. Thanks to her, I’m stronger, happier, and actually looking forward to each session (even when she makes me do pull ups).

It’s a great gym for anyone because it’s so easy to modify the exercises and the coaches are great at helping you with modifications. Definitely recommend trying out a class!“

Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“

20 Newman Ave #2002, Rumford“My wife has been on my case that I need to work on my balance and flexibility for the last few years. I’m 74 years old I bike everyday and golf weather permitting. She said Kerry Taylor was the person I need to see as she has known him for 15 plus years. When I met Kerry I explained I need more strength and flexibility to improve my golf game. After three months of two a week workouts not only am I hitting the ball 10 to 20 yards farther I’m feeling mentally and physically better. Kerry is fantastic he pushes me to my limits but never over the top. He has awakened muscles that have been dormant for decades. I can’t say enough on what a wonderful, kind, caring person Kerry is. And I do specially appreciate when I’m all confused on what stretch I’m trying to do how we both laugh and enjoy the moment. I recommend anyone looking for a fantastic gym 212 Health and Performance is just the right place.“

“I appreciate this gym! Luxary & Peace! The trainers are very understanding with your positions and timing. trainers are great! I use to be a little wimp when i walked down a street on side walk , now i walk with ego! Trainers are great when it come to stress, depression, & loneliness! Jarrod knows how to make you feel welcome! At first i was skeptical , than once i tested the water it turnt into a jaccuzi after coming in the third time ! I went to other boxing gyms before and this is the one for me ! Not only i feel like a real punching fighter but also Mentally ! Self healness!“

Probably a 4 star given could improve with more diverse equipment for muscle groups (specifically I’m thinking put a tricep bench that can hold 45 lb weights that wasn’t replaced). Also try best not to close before weather events if they don’t occur (so far have been better). Cliff withour a session improved my Bench and squats while a regular helped me avoid hyperextending on shoulder presses. Didn’t need to help me but did. Again some things can be improved (steam room opening again would be great or having 2-3 different types of machines working groups in different ways), but for 20 a month it’s my preferred gym. Thought they closed for weather when it was a power outage. At the NA location.“
