Townsend Energy, located in Newburyport, is a trusted provider of fuel, HVAC, electrical, and water heater services. Lombardi service people always come promptly if there's a problem with either the heating system or AC/heating splits. They are courteous and knowledgeable. The family has been a Lombardi customer for a long time, experiencing great customer service and friendliness from all employees. Service personnel are competent, friendly, and show leadership in the environmental area, such as with "biofuel." One time they came to the home on Christmas Eve when heat was lost. The staff is courteous, prompt, and always helpful. The company has been consistently superior in service, from friendly reception when phoning, to prompt delivery, to excellent care of various home systems. Lombardi gets an A+++!
