After ABBCO Mechanical did a fine job replacing cracked pipes in our condo association’s basement, I felt good about contacting them to deal with a toilet leak that had dripped down into my kitchen and ruined ceiling panels. Kind of desperate because I was going to DC for 5 days and needed this fixed ASAP. Greg came out and assessed it, came back the next day and we thought he fixed it - but when I came back Saturday there was still a leak coming from the toilet. After promising me to come back to repair a leaky toilet (first fix didn't completely solve the problem) these folks ghosted me! Blew off two appointments, didn't answer the phone and couldn't leave a voicemail message because the mailbox was full. Three text messages ignored. Disgusted! UPDATE: He contacted me late yesterday to apologize and explain his lack of response - phone damaged in a car accident. I decided to give him one more chance. He showed up this morning as agreed, made repairs and the dripping seems to have stopped and the toilet seems to no longer be leaking. Fingers crossed! I will update my rating based on this outcome. I guess you never know...
Greg is awesome. Greg came out last year for an emergency for my mother’s house and was amazing, on time and explained everything. I had an issue at my house. Without hesitation called Greg. He came out. Told me the issue, talked about a repair and did great work. Thank you!
