“Fantastic hot yoga studio with great friendly staffs! I just moved from Boston into this area and was in search of a clean studio, positive energy, with great yoga instructors. This place has it all and it easy to book classes online. All I do is show up and get a great workout while feeling relaxed.”
“I have a massage once per month and it is a time that I look forward to - I get to relax and turn off my mind. It is all about me! I recommend both Minden and James for massages. Christie D. Boston”
“Place is cheerful and extremely clean. Hannah is welcoming, warm, easy to talk to, listens well, is well trained, and gives an excellent massage. We had 2 different kinds of massages, both excellent.”
