When I first started at B Tone Fitness in November 2025, I could barely do a sit-up. It had been years since I had exercised after spending so much time caring for my mother, and I felt incredibly discouraged walking in.
Over the last six months, the team has been absolutely wonderful. They made thoughtful accommodations, helped me modify movements when needed, and encouraged me every step of the way. I have seen such an improvement in both my strength and my ability to keep up with class.

A great, low impact, challenging workout with amazing instructors. I love that the workouts are varied and target different muscle groups.
I was encouraged to try Pilates by a friend and now I am obsessed! I love the Wayland studio and the teachers and members. It’s warm and inviting and a judgement free zone. I have seen such an improvement in my body and feel stronger. I’ve never been a group class person, but with flexible schedules it works for me.
