“Fernando Hair Design is THE best! I have had multiple services performed--haircut, blow dry, single process hair color, Highlights, lowlights, balayage and Keratin treatments. ALL exceptional and professional. Fernando consulted with me prior to any service and thoroughly answered my questions. He is so thorough in what he does. I receive so many compliments from spouse, friends and family. He has Newbury street and Brookline styles/cuts/results with reasonable prices.
