“I thought my washing machine was a finished, but I needed confirmation from someone in know! I called Jamie at JM Appliance. He called me almost immediately and asked what was going on with my washer. It was a Sunday! He said he would stop by Monday when I got home from work and take a look at it to see if it was worth repairing. He was so professional did not try to sell me something I did not need and he made the diagnosis and adjustment needed so that my washer is now working. He said if it goes wrong again, just call him and we’ll take it to the next step, but so far so good! I highly recommend him.“
