I cannot say enough good things about AAIR! We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed this week and we were so impressed with Trevor and his team. Everyone was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. The install went off without a hitch and it wasn't an easy job. We have a very small closet but that didn't deter them one bit. Every part of this experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend.Service: Heating system installation

My mother uses this company to serve her HVAC system and she loves them. They have A+ customer service and she says, "I recommend them without reservation to anyone and everyone." Her heating system died on Monday and by Wednesday they were installing a whole new heat pump. They squeezed her in that fast in mid November! They are also doing all the Mass Save rebate paperwork for her. I was also impressed with how much time they took explaining the different models and options when she was picking the new system. It didn't seem like they rushed her or tried to upsell. 5*s
