“I’m a new patient of this practice after switching from Ipswich Bay. I initially contacted them for a second opinion on some work I was told I needed but didn’t feel good about. From the first call, the receptionists were more than helpful in checking my insurance and getting me in asap! Tracy specifically was so thorough in running my insurance to make sure everything was covered. I went for a consult with Dr. Walsh and her DH, Kristen. I had made a note that I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and they made me feel comfortable and described everything they were doing. Dr. Walsh provided me with a thorough and reassuring consult- I even got amazing news that I didn’t need what my old dentist had quoted me for!
I returned the next week to have my work done and was anxious but as soon as I sat down, my anxiety seemed to have disappeared! When I say I didn’t feel a thing, I mean it! I was done in about 45 minutes. Dr. Walsh told me everything she was doing before/while she was doing it and it eased my mind. Her DH, Kristen, is also a sweetheart. I will never go anywhere else! I’m so amazed at how at ease I felt and how incredible everyone is at their job- no matter what role they’re in. I cannot recommend this practice enough!”
