“I have been trying to get an appointment with a dentist for about two years. No one would respond to my requests until Smiley Dental. Within less than a week I had an appointment. I didn’t know what to expect from the appointment; however I was given reasonable options to deal with two teeth in particular. No effort was made to ‘sell’ me on expensive dental work.

I was pleased with my visit; on time, professional. I’ll return next week for teeth cleaning.

Let me first say starting with the front desk Rosa, she was so helpful upon scheduling and flexible. She is a great first impression for the office and could tell she truly loves what she does and loves to help her patients. Dr Petinge was the most patient and one of the most honest doctors i have ever encountered. He was extremely thorough and took his time with me. In my last experiences i have felt very rushed and not heard but he made sure to address all my concerns without making me feel like a nuisance. “I've been a patient of Jeff's for nearly 20 years. The entire crew is always friendly and accommodating. The North Shore just got 2 feet of snow dumped on it earlier this week making parking nearly impossible however I managed to beach my car along a half foot of hardened slush along the parking spaces in front of the office. 40 minutes later the checkup/cleaning was complete and I was back out on the street and ready to go. While getting into the spot was relatively easy getting out proved to be impossible. I kept trying to get momentum but my car wouldn't budge. I didn't know what to do... when out of nowhere Dr. Jeff and Ashlyn appeared and started pushing my car! After a few moments the car was unstuck and I was on my way. If that isn't going the extra mile for their customers...Then I don't know what is.“

“I’m a new patient of this practice after switching from Ipswich Bay. I initially contacted them for a second opinion on some work I was told I needed but didn’t feel good about. From the first call, the receptionists were more than helpful in checking my insurance and getting me in asap! Tracy specifically was so thorough in running my insurance to make sure everything was covered. I went for a consult with Dr. Walsh and her DH, Kristen. I had made a note that I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and they made me feel comfortable and described everything they were doing. Dr. Walsh provided me with a thorough and reassuring consult- I even got amazing news that I didn’t need what my old dentist had quoted me for!
I returned the next week to have my work done and was anxious but as soon as I sat down, my anxiety seemed to have disappeared! When I say I didn’t feel a thing, I mean it! I was done in about 45 minutes. Dr. Walsh told me everything she was doing before/while she was doing it and it eased my mind. Her DH, Kristen, is also a sweetheart. I will never go anywhere else! I’m so amazed at how at ease I felt and how incredible everyone is at their job- no matter what role they’re in. I cannot recommend this practice enough!“
