First time patient, after passing on many dentists in the general area. Dr. Chao and team really wow'd me! Very attentive and professional. The Dr. was communicative and understood my teeth situation very quickly, giving helpful advice. Front desk helped to call my insurance and confirm eligibility. Basically, everything I wanted in a dentists office, but have never been able to find yet around this area! These guys stand out from the crowd. Thank you.
I recently joined Middleton Family Dental and it was a GREAT experience! The customer service is amazing from start to finish. For someone who HATED the dentist, cannot wait to go back!!Highly recommend!
