I’m a new patient of this practice after switching from Ipswich Bay. I initially contacted them for a second opinion on some work I was told I needed but didn’t feel good about. From the first call, the receptionists were more than helpful in checking my insurance and getting me in asap! Tracy specifically was so thorough in running my insurance to make sure everything was covered. I went for a consult with Dr. Walsh and her DH, Kristen. I had made a note that I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and they made me feel comfortable and described everything they were doing. Dr. LaFauci and his entire team are amazing. My family has been going to his practice for over 10 years. Everyone is professional and customer service is outstanding. I recommend him and his team to everyone I know. Thank You for taking such great care of my family, whether it is for a cleaning or dental work.

Dr. Tia was excellent! She was kind and patient. She is an excellent dentist who is patient centric.

Also, the office support staff were incredibly nice! Melissa, Sarah and Tracy at the front were kind and welcoming. All of the hygienists and dental assistant were extremely friendly.

Dr. LaFauci was awesome! The office was very clean, professional and welcoming.

Overall 10/10 experience - excellent dental group.
