Dave the Surveyor was immediately available and super helpful. He took the time to explain the oil furnace system, tiger loop, and different tank options. He gave me a quote during his visit so I didn’t have to wait. The women at the office were able to schedule me within a week so I had no worries on waiting. The crew showed up and got the job done within 3 hours. They had the fire department come over to double check and sign off before they left. Everything is spotless. And the price of $4555 for a Roth 275 gallon tank w 30 year insurance was unbeatable. I love this company and everyone who works there. “I contacted MAC about replacing the roof on our carriage house because they had been recommended for the work they had done on our Village Hall. Joel got right back to me and came to see the building. He had done some preliminary estimates and had a price for me. It turned out to be the low bid, so we went ahead with him. “I own several triple deckers in the Boston area and have had BRC Renovations do a complete roof replacement on on about two years ago. The job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price and I've had no problems since. At the same time they rebuilt the chimney from the roof deck up. They removed all the debris and kept the area clean on a daily basis. I have had them do various repairs at another similar flat roof building as well and I will have them do a complete roof replacement on that building within the year.I can't emphasize how important it is to me that they are responsive to emergency requests for fast turn-around repairs as well as top quality workmanship.“
