I greatly appreciated the work of his crew, the end result, and Gerry DiPierro’s advice and suggestions along the way based on his decades of construction experience. For example, a suggestion on the bathroom ventilation had not occurred to us, was a big improvement, and was done under a reasonably priced change order. Also, I thought his subcontractors were very knowledgeable and very good. I would certainly hire DiPierro Construction again.
