Scott returned my call and I went into more specifics with him about the problem I was having. We discussed the various options available which might help remedy the situation, however unfortunately, he does not service the area I live in. Although Scott was unable to provide me with the service I was seeking, I really appreciated the information he had to offer through our conversation. He was prompt in returning my call, he was personable, respectful, knowledgeable and honest in providing me with the information that I sought. Based on my call and conversation with him, I would not hesitate to recommend Scott for any pest control problems. Thank you Scott!“

“We had Brian as our exterminator. He was great! Very professional, explained the steps he was taking to eliminate ants from getting inside our house. He was also here to check on our mouse issue in the basement. Again, he was very thorough. And just an all around nice guy. Have to say, I don’t get that vibe from most pest control workers.
The thing that impressed me most about Brian, was how he spoke about Pest Assassins. I asked him if he liked working for them and he said, “I love the company”. He talked about the culture and how valued he felt. And that it was a 100 times better than his former pest control company. “In late August, Chris came out to perform a bat exclusion for bats that were uncovered doing house renovations. Chris inspected every part of the house, top to bottom, inside and out. He identified the entry points and installed one-way doors to safely allow the bats to leave but not return. He also patched any other areas of concern to prevent future problems. It's been 3 months since Chris was here and there no more bats anywhere in the house. Chris knows bats. Highly recommend his company. Great service!“

Now with that said I have used Flynn for years now and every interaction with EVERYONE is top notch and professional. The office staff makes making appointments and payments easy and painless and are so nice and polite with a personal touch.
The service technicians are also so nice and friendly and personal explaining everything and do an outstanding job.
Both the office and the service people are great with all and any questions and for the service I get I have the best results. I recommend them to all no one compares and I used a couple.
