The service workers who come are always very polite and are in and out quickly. Our dog is also super sensitive to bug bites and used to come inside with multiple bites after a quick visit outside. “A picture says so much more than words. My only regret is that I should have snapped a “before” photo. While admittedly my lawn wasn’t awful, it sure showed that a “home owner” was responsible for the treatments. I invested in product and tried to manage it, but I was clearly out of my league. I met Frank about 5 seasons ago and opted in for his pre-pay treatment. While my wife thought I was crazy handing over a check in January, I was pretty confident Frank would show up as he agreed to. Now, 5 years later, Frank continues to show up for all of his scheduled treatments. He always leaves a note that he has visited and even sends a note if he finds something in the lawn that might require my attention.
