The gentlemen that came to my house were great, both Inspector and technician. My issues came w Customer Service who would not warrant the $75Cyber incentive. I was told termites were not a pest ?!?!?A 10 to Brad, Nuck and Kia a 0 to Kia’s management as no one would talk to me, insisting termites were not pests.At would be nice if Terminex would re-look at my situation and apply the $75.00 cyber incentive. It was within the timeframe of still being valid.Deb Duchainey
I've been using Terminix for a few years now. I had an issue with ants/termites so a regualr treatement service was recommended, and it did. The tech is always on time and always keeps me aware of what's going on. I plan to use this for many years to come!Services: Home inspection
Great company to deal with. Brad, Who came to give an estimate was a great guy. He gave me a date and Time for the service, And they showed up when they said they would. Brandon, The tech who did the work called and let me know when the job was finished. A few days later, I got a call from the office to make sure everything went well..
