Scott returned my call and I went into more specifics with him about the problem I was having. We discussed the various options available which might help remedy the situation, however unfortunately, he does not service the area I live in. Although Scott was unable to provide me with the service I was seeking, I really appreciated the information he had to offer through our conversation. He was prompt in returning my call, he was personable, respectful, knowledgeable and honest in providing me with the information that I sought. While cleaning our living room we discovered that we had a Yellow Jacket nest in our ceiling which sent dozens of wasps into the house.
